The new CD ‘Movimiento’ contains salsa music with Danish, Spanish and English lyrics. The songs vary from modern funky salsa of the Cuban ‘timba’ style (i.g. ‘Roberto, ‘El Temba’) cha cha cha (‘Cuba’), mambo (‘Kanin-mambo’) and to the salsa-like Son (‘Havana City’).

The songs are written, among others, by singer Annelise Fuglsbjerg and Cuban Giraldo Piloto (composer of Issac Delgado, Charanga Habanera, Klimax and more) and Lionel Limonta (known from the orchestras Bamboleo and Azúcar Negra).

The composer and songwriter Leif Falck has supplied the Danish text for the song ‘Kanin-mambo’ (rabbit mambo), which is an original composition written by the saxophonist Osmani from Charanga Habanera.

Additionally, the CD contains versions of modern Cuban hits – like ‘Llamadora anónima’ (Paulito F.G.).

The CD has been recorded in the studio ‘Julian Falck Studiet’ and is released by COPE RECORDS.
